Having known and worked with Laura for a number of years, including working together to promote innovative practices to tackle nuisance behavior,, I would highly recommend her work.
Laura’s depth of knowledge within the anti-social behavior and community problem-solving agenda, coupled with her warm personal style is highly impressive. Laura has achieved outstanding success during her time working in Belfast, and was extremely effective in bringing together different groups to solve ongoing community issues. Laura is professional, friendly and approachable.
Laura’s sense of values and the ability to get the job done were always superb, often in challenging conditions. I trust her totally.

Linfield Football Club Community Relations Audit
July 2011
Laura Hamill worked with Linfield FC on a community relations audit commissioned by the Irish Football Association
She proved to be very knowledgeable in this field and had a real grasp of all the major issues in the area.
She had a wide range of contacts and she had a relaxed but thoroughly professional manner that made her very easy to get on with.
The report she produced at the end of her detailed and extensive research was comprehensive, accurate and thought provoking.
During the course of her work with Linfield Laura gave a professional presentation of her report to the board of directors of the club, all of whom were very impressed with the standard of her work and her positive recommendations.
Laura immersed herself into the club with considerable enthusiasm during her time with the club and Laura’s report will prove to be the starting point and the basis of of all the club will aim to do in the field of community relations in the future.
She has made a huge contribution to Linfield’s plans to reach out to its local community.
